The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets. A $400 Non-refundable pet fee will be due upon move-in. All applicants, whether they have pets or not, are required to complete a pet screening through PetScreening.com.

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. At move-in, the first month’s rent and any applicable pet fees will be due.

To qualify, residents must have a combined household income of at least three times the monthly rent. An application is required for all prospective residents, which includes a $55 fee per applicant. This covers a background check, including criminal, credit, and eviction history.
