Pets are welcome—up to two per household. A refundable pet deposit of $400 is required at move-in, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. All applicants must complete a pet screening profile, even if no pet is owned.

Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. First month’s rent and any applicable pet fees are due upon move-in. All residents must have a combined household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Each applicant is subject to a $55 application fee, which covers a background check including credit, criminal, and eviction history.
