3323 S FM 933 Street, Whitney, Texas 76692

Great spot in the country on the south side of Whitney. Two homes on 26 acres give or take. The original home is open with no interior walls so you could customize it any way you want. Heated and cooled by a mini split with foam insulation. This home is located close to 933 and would make an excellent spot for a business venture. The second home is a very nice tiny home located towards the back of the property near the woods. All types of wildlife are on the property, deer, turkey, and dove. Many trees are on the property along with a seasonal creek. Currently there is a wildlife exemption. Part of the acreage lies within the 100-year floodplain, both homes are safely located outside of it. There are 4 tracts so owner would consider selling tracts.
