There’s a beauty in the ruggedness of West Texas. This is especially true on this 147 acres near Lake Stamford. The view from the high point and camp area is inspiring as you look across the entirety of the lake below you. Although the property does not have an earthen tank, this property finds a way to capture water on it’s own terms. Deep pockets of water can be found throughout the property as water runs off the higher spots towards the lake, this property naturally captures some of that water and holds it back for the wildlife to enjoy. Speaking of wildlife, this property has the added benefit of being about a half mile away from the lake front. East of the bridge at Lake Stamford, this is a great West Texas find providing great views, terrain change, and hunting. This spot would make a nice homesite or weekend retreat with the Stamford Marina less than 3 miles away. A great place to be outdoors. Call the agent to schedule an appointment.
