TBD CR 432, Merkel, Texas 79536

Beautiful piece of Texas with endless opportunities!!! Just under 70 acres with over 40 culitivated acres that is level and could also make a great homestead. A seasonal creek lined with native trees runs through the south part of the property and doubles as a great highway for local wildlife, including deer, turkey, quail, dove, and crane…along with the usual suspects of raccoons and squirrels. There is a 4.5 acre paddock fully fenced as well on the southwest corner that would make a great spot for livestock, arena or barn. Large cased water well is on property if needed as well. This beauty has frontage on three sides which gives unlmited options. Power is run to the north side of the property to an established RV pad. Whether you are looking for a peaceful place to homestead, level land for agriculture or huting and recration opportunities…this is the place!!!
