13008 Oak Grove Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76028

This newly renovated house or office building used to be the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Maurice Hunter Spinks after whom the adjacent airport is being named. The house is a part of 21-acre commercial property that is adjacent to Spinks airport in a quiet business park. The building combines the historic feel with brand new finishes, a large backyard, and a great view of a large pond. The office or house includes two large suites with own bathrooms, two additional office rooms, a large conference room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen, a laundry room, an extra common bathroom, and a spacious 2-car garage. If that’s not enough, the building also includes a basement to be used as a storm shelter or for storage. The great outside sitting areas with a view of the pond gives the feel of being on vacation. In addition, there is plenty of free parking and a handicap access to the house.
