This property has so many options and opportunities! This property would make a beautiful homeplace, livestock ranch, hunting ranch, recreational ranch, or an investment to be kept or developed. The openness of the front fields would offer great views. And the back of the property being more wooded with cover gives the opportunity for wildlife to be seen. The front part of the acreage is open fields that can be used for cattle grazing, baling hay, horse property, or other livestock. There are working pens and chutes close to the county road. And the fields are fenced and cross fenced. The back part of the property has lots of cover with cedar and live oaks. This allows for the property to make a great hunting ranch. There are whitetail and turkey on the property. The property is accessed by a paved county road.
