TBD Cr 446, De Leon, Texas 76444

Folks! If you are looking to get into the Pecan business, or to expand your current operation, here is a good orchard to do just that. This 27+ ac orchard is located just a few miles out of the community of DeLeon. Property is located on the corner of 2 county roads, allowing for great access. Most trees are in great condition, with some needing a little clean-up. It definitely has a great establishment of trees already, just waiting for you to improve or add to it. There are some open areas to add more trees. There is an irrigation system in place, but orchard is not being irrigated at this current time. There are fantastic native grasses, if you want to run a few sheep, for an added income. There is no fence, but one can be added pretty easily. There is also great hunting in orchard. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!
