It features county road access and is ideally suited for hunting, ranching, or recreational activities. With two stock tanks, the tract provides the necessary water sources for wildlife and livestock. Abundant deer and hog signs were seen on the ranch during inspection and this area is also well known for great dove hunting. It is also noted that there have been many arrowheads and Indian artifacts found on the ranch. Seller has indicated areas where it is thought were Indian campsites.
