TOPOGRAPHY, RANGELAND & HABITAT:
The topography near the FM frontage has a gentle roll and includes most of the pasture portions. These open areas boast productive improved and native grasses. There are many small fields along the creek that would make great food plots.

IMPROVEMENTS:
A 25’ x 50’ metal equipment shop is located near the road. The family ranch home on the property has been given little value.
