2695 Old Decatur Road, Decatur, Texas 76234

Ready to build almost 2.5-acre lot in the small, but new Skyfall Estates. A house pad measuring 60 ft X 80 ft has already been placed in an ideal location allowing for a quicker turnaround to get started with your new construction. This lot welcomes horses with a cleared pasture and great grass. It offers a short drive, ride, or even walk to access an 800 – acre parcel of LBJ Grasslands for your enjoyment of a much larger spread of public land. The subdivision is deed restricted to preserve the quality of neighboring properties. A new 280 ft deep water well with pressure tank is in place and ready to be used. Wise Co-op Electric is scheduled to move the pole to be located along the property line to open up the entrance more. It would be a short underground run from the 3 – phase line to the house pad. A septic system would be needed.
