5324 Fm 568, Santa Anna, Texas 76878

Welcome to 5324 FM 568 — The Allen Ranch 419.5± Acres Coleman County, TX. A historic piece of Texas, held in the same family since the early 1900s, where an old Santa Anna wagon road once traced through the land.
Paved FM 568 runs through the ranch. Home sites with electric and water sit close to the road, leaving the rest of the 419 acres open to run cattle or hunt. The ground rolls with real elevation change. Water is abundant, from numerous stock tanks and ponds to a deep main stock tank that has never gone dry, good for casting a line at sunset, with Little Mud Creek along the southern and eastern edges.
Rolling hills, native grasses, and a blend of mesquite, oak, and brush give cover to wildlife and livestock. Native hunting: whitetail deer, wild turkey, hogs, quail, and dove. Cleared pasture and a 60-acre hayfield work for hay or grazing. Currently low-fenced and ready for high fence.
Improvements include an older ranch house ready for restoration, horse and cattle pens, and a pipe arena. A mobile home is available for separate purchase at $50,000. A neighbor may be willing to sell an additional 100 acres.
Location: 9 miles to Santa Anna, 11 to Coleman, 21 to Brownwood, 50 to Brady, 60 to Abilene, under 2.5 hours to Fort Worth.
Whether for a working cattle ranch, a hunting place, or a private piece of Texas history to pass down for generations, the Allen Ranch is ready for your vision.
