000 Dogwood Drive, Murchison, Texas 75778

Very nice lot with almost a quarter of an acre located in the gated community of Callender Lake. This lot is not far from the water and would be a great place to build a weekend get away or a full time residence. The lot is heavily treed and in a very secluded quiet area of the community. This lot is located in a community that is located on the beautiful 365 acre spring fed Callender Lake. This gated community only allows site built homes and they must be 960 sq. feet or larger. There are no mobile homes allowed in this community and RV’s are only allowed for 2 weeks a month (like a short getaway) and must be moved off property when two weeks has been completed. If you build a home in the community and own an RV, it can stay on your property but can not be used as a home. Electric and water are located at the street and a septic system is required when you build your home. Callender Lake community has a boat ramp, fishing pier, children’s park, lake swim area, with great fishing and boating. Located about 2 hours from DFW and 30 minutes from Tyler. There is so much for your to enjoy in this community. You should get your realtor to show you this lot today and consider to start living the Lake Life!!!
