Charm, ,character, and class. Welcome to 1319 S Crockett. Step back to a time of oversized front porches filled with laughter at sunset, Christmas trees in the window with the whole family in the living room on holidays and the backyard will make you the friend’s house to spend summers with the pool! Classic charm throughout with original woodwork, high ceilings, and leaded windows. But updates for modern conveniences have been added. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with the gas cooktop, bathrooms have been updated and the pool is less than 5 years old.
