Updated 2 bed, 2 full bath bungalow for lease in Little Forest Hills, minutes from White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum. The remodel runs through the whole house: leathered granite, frameless shower, designer lighting, champagne bronze hardware and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Open floor plan with real storage. Refrigerator, washer and dryer are included, so you are not buying appliances on move-in day. Enjoy the front deck for morning coffee or the large fenced backyard for gatherings. Pets case by case. The White Rock Lake trail loop and Flag Pole Hill are a few minutes up the road, the Arboretum is right there, and Casa Linda Plaza covers groceries, coffee and dinner without getting on a highway. Garland Road and Buckner Boulevard put you downtown in about 15 minutes, with Lakewood and Lower Greenville close by.
