The Thoughtful Home Collection is built for modern living, with functional design and convenient features throughout. The open-concept living and kitchen area is bright and finished with quality materials, a large gathering island, plus an oversized pantry, a pocket office, and a pet room with a charming Dutch door. The home includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus a flexible room off the foyer that can serve as a playroom, office, or formal dining area. Practical touches such as a mud bench and coat closet by the garage entry, a secure package drop box on the front porch, and enhanced garage storage options all maximize convenience and everyday comfort.
