TBD CR 1526, Morgan, Texas 76671

Two beautiful lots in a quiet subdivision with an abundance of wildlife. These lots are a perfect location to build a home and enjoy the tranquility of the area. The water for the community is from a private well, provided by Texas Water Utilities and you would be responsible to have a water meter installed. The power is provided by TNMP, you would need to contact them about service. Water and power are already located nearby. You would also be responsible for your septic, and we have a list of local installers. This community also has a boat dock and ramp to the lake, a Community Center which provides a dinner once a month for property owners and various other events. A small church is in the community as well. Let’s talk about all the wildlife. An abundance of deer, road runners and an occasional turkey, and not to mention the various birds. What are you waiting for…….come on to The Canyons on Lake Whitney. You will not want to leave.
