Hunting Ranch Deluxe!! This one is such a cool place! This ranch features an older 2 bed 1 bath home, two metal equipment sheds, cattle pens and a good water well! Located in the Highland community between Dublin and De Leon Tx! This place is only a short 21 minute drive from Stephenville! I can’t say enough about this place! This property is accessed by a deeded easement! The property does not have any owned frontage on the county road! This one has been used as a hunting ranch and weekend getaway for many years! There are all kinds of wildlife on the property, from whitetail deer, to turkey, and wild hogs! The arrowheads in the coffee table were found on this property! This is truly a turn key opportunity! The home will sell furnished! The Kubota tractor, implements, and zero turn mower convey also! This place is private, and is surrounded by larger properties! The neighboring properties currently have sorghum planted on them, and this only helps the wildlife population! The property has multiple creeks running through it, as well as some magnificent elevation changes! You will not find a more complete opportunity in our area! Literally you could purchase this place and be hunting it this season! The feeders are still being filled and the wildlife are staying close! Come take a look and see if this is the one for you!
