A private road takes you to the front gate, which opens up to a fenced yard of incredible mature pecan trees. The farmhouse has had many updates over the years and is ready to make your remodeling dreams come true. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge laundry room, there is enough space for everyone to spread out. There is an underground storm cellar just out back. The 40×60 metal built shop would be great for storing equipment, antique cars or anything really! Property is fully fenced and features 2, sometimes 3 stock ponds, one of the ponds has water year round and is stocked with bass and catfish and has a fishing dock.
