3627 Howard Road, Waxahachie, Texas 75165

This is the first time this property has been offered for sale in over 100 years! A very unique property that is convenient to Waxahachie and I35 but has enough room to roam the open pasture and walk along over 3,500 feet of Waxahachie Creek frontage lined with many mature pecan trees. A public boat ramp on Waxahachie Lake is less than a half a mile from this property. The property is mostly floodplain which makes for great hay production. There is enough land out of the floodplain to build a home or workshop. The property has been recently platted with the City of Waxahachie and there is a water meter and electricity on-site that previously served an old farm house that has been removed. Whether you want to build a home on the property or just enjoy the land for recreational purposes, don’t let this rare opportunity pass you by!
