Diamond in the rough! Built in 1916, this home still has a lot of life left for someone to enjoy. If you have a vision and a love for historic homes, then this could be the perfect property for you. While the windows are boarded, they are not missing but protected from breakage. Much of the original woodwork is still in place, including the massive door casings and baseboards. Per the era, rooms feed into each other with limited hallways. With some sweat equity and a desire to see this Grand Dame come back to life, this property could be a stunning home or Air B&B. Furnish with period pieces and what a showplace this one could be. Some attempt to remodel has taken place, but the character has not been removed. The large lot offer opportunity to build a garage or shop if needed.
