Lot 2 King Street, Parker, Texas 75002

Welcome to Kingswood Estates in Parker, TX! Bring your own custom builder and create the estate home of your dreams in an exclusive new community of heavily treed 2-acre homesites feeding into highly regarded Wylie ISD. This is a rare opportunity to build a truly custom residence, on acreage, less than 20 miles from Dallas, while enjoying privacy, natural beauty, and peaceful setting that make Parker one of the most desirable communities in North Texas. Unlike typical new construction developments where trees and natural surroundings are cleared away, Kingswood Estates has been thoughtfully designed to preserve the character of the land. Towering mature trees provide beautiful backdrops for these homesites while creating exceptional privacy between neighboring properties. Community restrictions provide additional protection for existing trees, helping preserve the wooded environment that makes these lots so special. Choose your own custom builder, subject to community requirements and architectural approval, and design a home that complements both your lifestyle and the surrounding landscape. Kingswood Estates has been created specifically for substantial custom residences, with architectural standards designed to maintain the quality and character of the neighborhood. Approved architectural styles range from timeless European-inspired designs including French Country, English Country, Mediterranean and Spanish Revival to Contemporary and Modern Transitional architecture. Minimum of 4,500 square feet of air-conditioned living space for single-story residences and 5,500 square feet for two-story residences under the current guidelines. These custom residential build sites offer the increasingly difficult-to-find combination of acreage, mature trees, privacy, custom construction, while maintaining convenient access to every amenity Dallas has to offer.
